THE SANCTUARY

Greg Murphy

Healing Through Sound
Grounding you in presence through sound, scent, and vibration, guiding you into deep meditative stillness.

My name is Greg Murphy

Healing Through Sound, Scent, and Vibration

Sound is a bridge, a living current that carries us from dysregulation and anxiety into coherence and calm.

From the production-driven mind that pushes and projects…
to the grounded, flowing state where creativity, expansion, and open-heartedness return.

Through tone, scent, and vibration, I create spaces where the nervous system can soften and reorient, where stillness becomes accessible and the body remembers how to trust itself.

My work explores the relationship between resonance and presence, polarity and balance, the dance of the grounded Masculine and the flowing Feminine within us all.

Each experience is an experiment in harmony, a conversation between sound and silence, structure and surrender.
Here, we don’t force transformation.
We tune to it.

From One Who Chose to Rise with the Tide

Reflections shared “I am filling my own cup before letting it overflow into others — maybe for the first time in my life. There is a lot of newness; it feels like a lot of potential in the form of empty space. I am letting myself lean into this jellyfish state as I enter the next phase of my life.”
